We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Job Summary:
    The Executive Assistant to the CEO will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office. This role involves comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with special projects. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle confidential information with discretion. This is a hybrid position that allows for both in-person and remote work after the initial training period and as needed.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    - Serve as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling correspondence and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
    - Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
    - Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
    - Assist with the planning and execution of company events and initiatives.
    - Manage and track expenses, including processing expense reports and budgeting for the executive office.
    - Provide support on special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
    - Proficient in Google products and ideally experienced in using Monday.com for project and task management.

    Qualifications:
    - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a tech or insurance environment.
    - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    - Proficiency in Google products and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
    - Monday.com proficiency is ideal.
    - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
    - Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
