    Job Description

    We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform administrative and office support activities for the office, as well as support the president with daily activities and answer the phone

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist President with paperwork associated with day-to-day operations
    • Answer inbound telephone calls and transfer or take messages
    • Perform various clerical duties such as word processing, data entry, typing, photocopying, faxing, and collating as needed
    • Prepare weekly time sheets with expenses and track work order tickets
    • Create invoices in accounting program
    • Certified payroll
    • Coordinate appointments and meetings
    • Contract documentation and job tracking through software programs
    • Bid and new contract documentation
    • Perform all other office tasks

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • HS diploma or Associates Degree preferred
    • 5 years Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of construction industry a plus
    • General bookkeeping knowledge
    • Ability to prioritize, multitask and be proactive
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
