We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager to join our team at any of our San Antonio locations. Responsibilities: • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations. • Lead, train, and motivate team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences. • Maintain operational excellence, including product quality, speed of service, and cleanliness. • Drive a strong sense of urgency and accountability within the team. • Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and cost control. • Uphold Andy’s culture and values while fostering a fun, positive workplace. Qualifications: • Prior leadership or management experience in a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant setting. • Proven ability to lead a team and manage high-volume operations. • Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset. • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. • A desire to grow—Andy’s is expanding, and we’re looking for leaders who want to grow with us! Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
