We need a food service professional with leadership skills to be the next assistant manager for our quick service restaurant. The assistant manager is in charge of ordering kitchen supplies and equipment and keeping track of team schedules and costs so that our daily operations run smoothly and profitably. In addition to managing each employee's tasks, they also must hire and train all new team members. Ideally, you should be knowledgeable about restaurant operations and have a firm grasp of what represents excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
