    Job Description

    The QSR Operations Manager oversees and supports all Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) operations across Eataly North America. This includes coffee bars, gelato counters, pizza and panini stations, grab-and-go meal offerings, and more. This corporate-based role partners closely with store-level QSR leaders (GMs, AGMs, and Leads) and cross-functional teams to drive excellence in quality, efficiency, training, and guest experience. Reports directly to the VP, QSR.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversees QSR operations for Eataly North America, providing strategic and operational support to store teams

    • Develops, implements, and monitors standard operating procedures and training materials for all QSR departments

    • Partners with store QSR leadership to assess performance, identify opportunities, and support execution of best practices

    • Supports new product rollouts, seasonal menus, and local merchandising strategies

    • Collaborates with culinary, retail, and product teams to ensure consistency in quality, presentation, and execution

    • Leads process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction

    • Analyzes sales performance, margins, labor, and cost controls

    • Provides on-the-ground support through regular travel to stores, including coaching, team development, and opening assistance

    • Ensures all QSR operations meet local health and safety requirements

    • Plays a key role in the successful launch of new QSR units in new store openings, including concept design, recruitment and training

    • Supports recruitment, onboarding, and continued development of QSR staff across locations

    • Performs other duties as required or assigned

  • Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    • 5+ years of multi-unit experience in QSR, fast casual, or food & beverage operations

    • Strong leadership and project management skills

    • Knowledge of Italian culinary traditions is a plus

    • Comfortable analyzing P&L statements, sales data, and labor reports

    • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead through influence

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS/operations systems

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Ability to stand, bend, and be mobile for extended periods

    • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including during new store openings

    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

    • Food Handlers License and ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)

    The annual salary for this position is: $85,000-$95,000
