RESPONSIBILITIES FOR QA SOFTWARE TESTING

• Design and implement testing plans for insurance based systems
• Identify procedures and scenarios for quality control
• Process product reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors
• Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team
• Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress
• Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meets end-user expectations
• Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS THAT ARE IDEAL BUT NOT REQUIRED

• Prior experience in business administration, QA, or Software Testing
• Familiar with Google Docs
• Prior experience with Mantis (Ticket/Bug Tracking System),
• Prior experience with Cypress Testing and/or creating Cypress Scripts
• English degree or similar experience with grammar and/or spelling verification
• English to Spanish translation
