Responsibilities: • Use internal and self-generated leads to identify the needs of potential clients • Contact clients and set up appointments to preview homes and meet with the client • Evaluate properties to identify potential issues and relevant financial considerations to determine the best negotiation approach • Negotiate property acquisitions with clients, while maintaining favorable client relationships • Support and guide property sellers in selling their property for the right price under the best terms • Negotiate repairs or price reductions after inspection periods Qualifications: • Sales experience is a MUST • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Professional • "Relationship Builder" sales personality a big advantage • High energy and excellent people skills • Strong organization skills and detail-oriented • Diligent with follow up Compensation: $80,000+
