    Dietary Management Online provides innovative food service management software for healthcare and senior-living facilities across the U.S. We’re seeking a QuickBooks & Invoice Entry Specialist to help manage our daily financial workflows and ensure billing accuracy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Enter vendor and client invoices in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)

    · Verify approvals, coding, and invoice accuracy

    · Record payments, deposits, and expenses

    · Assist with reconciliations and financial reporting

    · Support payroll processing in ADP

    · Maintain organized, compliant records

    Qualifications:

    · 1–2 years bookkeeping, A/P or A/R, or invoice entry experience (required)

    · Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)

    · Detail-oriented and highly organized

    · Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills

    · Experience in healthcare, foodservice, or SaaS a plus

    Job Details:

    Job Type: Part Time / Hybrid

    Schedule: Approximately 8–10 hours per week, with occasional end-of-month hours as needed

    Pay: Based on experience
