Job Description
The Principal Consultant directs a team of consultants leading project in support of key clients. The individual has strong project management and client-facing skills and is highly organized. The Principal Consultant works directly with the Engagement Manager, client and the consultants to deliver high quality services to our clients and has access to and the support of others in the organization to solve complex challenges on behalf of the client. The Principal Consultant is responsible for delivering high quality services deliverables to our clients, solving complex challenges on behalf of the client, and leads a team in doing so. The focus of this role is leading a team, project managing, and building relationships with clients in support of campaign operations including campaign creation, execution, and management.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage project prioritization, planning, and delegation across team members and with the client (30%)
Manage relationships with clients, alongside the Engagement Manager, in support of the success of the services being provided (20%)
Identify and drive resolution of issues for the client and support team members in developing communications of those issues and resolutions (15%)
Identify and implement possible new functionality and/or process improvements that better meets client needs and drives efficiency (10%)
Assist in developing and enhancing managed services methodology and associated documentation and training (5%)

Additional Information
Salary: $85,000-$95,000. The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
