Job Description
Accurately recording all business transactions into the accounting software, including sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts.
General ledger maintenance:
Posting transactions to the correct accounts in the general ledger to maintain a balanced record of financial activity.
Accounts receivable:
Creating and sending invoices to customers, tracking outstanding balances, and managing collections.
Accounts payable:
Processing vendor invoices, verifying accuracy, and making timely payments.
Payroll processing:
Calculating employee wages, deductions, and taxes, and submitting payroll information to relevant agencies.
Bank reconciliation :
Matching bank statements to recorded transactions to ensure accuracy.
Financial reporting:
Preparing regular financial statements like income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Tax preparation assistance:
Supporting the company's tax preparer by gathering necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with tax regulation

Extrensive QuickBooks knowledge and experience is REQUIRED.
