At Quimby Digital, we're seeking a creative and dynamic Copywriter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about crafting compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences. As a core member of our creative team, you will have the opportunity to shape the voice of high-growth brands and directly impact their success in the digital landscape.
- Must be available on slack 9-5/6PM EST - 40 hours per week.
- Must have social media copywriting experience and native english speaker.
- Preferred Clickup experience and social scheduling software experience.
- Salary expectations: $40,000-50,000 annually, health insurance stipend, unlimited PTO.
Essential Qualifications:
- Ability to produce a high volume of Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and X copy quickly, tailored to varying tones, subjects, and audiences (you'll be responsible for 12-15 clients).
- Personal consumer of social media content. Understanding the strategy to craft compelling content in a relevant way.
- Understands how to incorporate trends into content.
- Skilled at adapting writing style and tone based on client needs and campaign objectives.
- Expertise crafting copy for Reels and TikTok.
- Strong collaborative skills; must work well within a team and be open to feedback.
- Excellent communication skills, with readiness to ask questions and seek support when needed.
- Commitment to staying connected with the team via Slack and participating in daily check-ins.
Role Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Produce engaging and strategic content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency with client's brand voice and content pillars.
- Innovative Strategy: Continuously seek innovative ways to enhance content engagement, including strategic use of hashtags and linking.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with graphic designers to ensure visual and textual alignment. Maintain clear and open communication with the Quimby team for seamless workflow and creative synergy.
- Project Management: Utilize tools like Agorapulse for content scheduling and ClickUp for task management, ensuring timely delivery and organization of all creative assets.
- Feedback and Edits: Handle client feedback with professionalism, making necessary adjustments to copy while confidently communicating your expert perspective when needed.
