QUIMBY SOCIAL MEDIA COPYWRITER

Must be available on slack 9-5 PM EST - 40 hours per week. Must have social media copywriting experience and native english speaker. Preferred Clickup experience and social scheduling software experience.
Ideal copywriter experience in tech and/or health/wellness/sustainability
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior marketing agency experience
- Prior social media marketing caption writing experience
- Ability to produce a high volume of copy quickly, tailored to varying tones, subjects, and audiences.
- Proven capability to generate content weekly, with minimal direction and a keen eye for engaging narratives.
- Skilled at adapting writing style and tone based on client needs and campaign objectives.
- Expertise in social media platforms, especially in crafting copy for Reels and TikTok.
- Adept at researching and integrating effective hashtags and social media trends.
- Strong collaborative skills; must work well within a team and be open to feedback.
- Excellent communication skills, with readiness to ask questions and seek support when needed.
- Commitment to staying connected with the team via Slack and participating in daily check-ins.
- Manage and organize multiple client projects simultaneously (approximately 10 or more).
Role Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Produce engaging and strategic content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency with client's brand voice and content pillars.
- Innovative Strategy: Continuously seek innovative ways to enhance content engagement, including strategic use of hashtags and linking.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with graphic designers to ensure visual and textual alignment. Maintain clear and open communication with the Quimby team for seamless workflow and creative synergy.
- Project Management: Utilize tools like Agorapulse for content scheduling and ClickUp for task management, ensuring timely delivery and organization of all creative assets.
- Feedback and Edits: Handle client feedback with professionalism, making necessary adjustments to copy while confidently communicating your expert perspective when needed.
