• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience of Process Automation Development using tools such as BluePrism/ UIPath
• 1+ Years experience in process automation, using one of the industry leading robotics automation products
• 2+ Years experience in application development directly aligned to the specific responsibilities for this position
• Understanding of object-based coding, macros and programming languages such as SQL, Python, Java, VBA and/or C#
• Ability to develop functional, technical and user interface designs for an application that meets the defined requirements (business, system performance and standards)
• Ability to evaluates program modules for performance scalability and openness of design
• Knowledge to predict application development requirements based on changes in underlying architecture and identify programming guidelines/standards
• Advanced communication skills are required
• Ability to capture business requirements and process information and translate that into automation designs for execution
• Leads and collaborates with test teams during product test and UAT phases to fully resolve assigned bugs/issues
• Helps develop testing strategy, testing plans in coordination with the testing team for
• Supports Automation Process Lead to translate more complex business/technical problems into technical specifications and quality solutions
