• • Job Description - - As an Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative you will be given prequalified leads/calls and you need to close them. You will be tasked with answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls, and then qualifying specific information. Once the call is qualified you will be inputting the client information into our company database. From there you will be tasked with follow-ups and following through with your clients. Bonuses are per verified/closed lead. This is a fast paced environment; your role is a crucial part in how our company operates, such that every call you take is not only potential money in our pockets, but yours as well. You will be working with small, close knit teams that thrive on fun competition and having high standards for each team member.

• Skilled at Typing Great starting base pay with structured Monthly commission incentives There is no cap on commissions! The sky is the limit for how much you earn in commissions each month. Must be able to work either morning shift OR evening shift. You will work the same hours everyday for the month, but the days of the week will rotate every 2 weeks. 10 hour shifts (with a 1 hour lunch.) 4 days on, 3 days off each week. After 90 day probationary period and passing evaluation, you will receive a 10% pay increase. *This position is Full-Time with Overtime based on company need. *We expect a lot out of our team members and it does not go unnoticed.
• • Commute and Location - - We are located south of Tinker Air Force Base just off I-240 and Sooner Rd. Our location is easy to commute to and from with close highway access all around. Our office building is shared with other high-profile companies and is highly secured.
