    Sales Development Assistant We are seeking a highly motivated and personable full or part-time Sales Development Assistant for a top-producing luxury Beverly Hills real estate team. The ideal candidate would be somebody who is comfortable generating leads and meeting goals to effectively close sales. The candidate will the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of a leading real estate team. Candidates should be available at least 20 hours per week in Beverly Hills and have the desire to learn and grow, an outgoing and positive attitude, as well as have an active interest in real estate Benefits: • Hourly pay • Flexible part-time work hours • Work from our Beverly Hills-based office Responsibilities: Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness • Managing and qualifying sales leads to convert leads to appointments • Follow scripts to gauge interest in selling, pitching the advantages of the team and have the ability to handle objections • Research new potential leads Qualifications: Previous experience in the real estate industry High school diploma or equivalent required Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems Communicates well, both verbally and written License for real estate is preferred but not required • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills • Independent and self-motivated Compensation: $20 hourly
