THE JOB: Insurance Service Representative

THE LOCATION: 
 Burleson Texas



THE PAY RANGE: 
 $40,000 (Salary) to $65,000 (Salary + Commissions)

WHAT YOU WOULD DO: You will be assigned and made responsible for a block of clients insurance needs. Once they are assigned to you, they are your babies. This would mean answering general service questions, dealing with payments, creating ID cards and processing policy changes, offering and quoting new policies, presenting and collecting signatures and payments and following up on quote request. We are a service based organization. This means that we sell our products by providing amazing customer service. We let our reputation speak to our clients.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in customer service related calls and emails
• Process insurance applications and changes
• Provide expertise for current clients through customer support
• Assist in customer billing and retention
• Assist with general office duties
• Participate in educational opportunities to obtain professional designations

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Need to have excellent computer skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Excellent Communications skills
• Able to critically think to solve problems and analyze data
• Must be detail orientated
• Prior insurance experience preferred, but will provide training

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW: 
 You need to be smart, a fast thinker with great people skills. Able to solve problems and create solutions that are out of the box. Most of all, you have to WANT to be here and enjoy working in an office environment. Training is provided.
