    Job Overview:

    • A Customer Service Ambassador must have the ability to resolve any uprising issues or concerns that may come about.
    • Able to work in front of a group of people while communicating clearly, effectively and professionally in a high-stress environment.
    • Inspect, evaluate and monitor operations and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

    Experience Requirements:

    • 1 year of experience in a customer service position, in a medium-to-large airport or other transportation hub.
    • Must have a clear, speaking voice.
    • Must have the ability to greet all passengers, visitors, and airport employees ina friendly and professional manner.
    • A calm demeanor at all times, especially when faced with stressful situations.
    • Must have a familiarity with Orlando, the area attractions, and the surrounding areas.
    • Should have computer skills as required to perform the customer service functions.

    Experience Preferences:

    • 2 years of experience in a customer service position.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
