Job Overview:
This role is primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurate information and assistance to customers over the phone. Discretionary and confidential manner. It is very important for the successful candidates to be team players, work independently, and handle all concerns with first-call resolution. As well as performing their duties in an efficient manner, and in compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.Receives, negotiates and processes paratransit trip requests from outside customers, many of whom are disabled. Determines estimated arrival times of paratransit vehicles to accommodate customer appointments, some of which are related to critical medical treatment. Responds to customer inquiries regarding paratransit schedules, policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
