Job Overview:
We are looking to hire a Jr. UI/UX Designer to work in a learning Management System environment. Our clients include commercial and government agencies who need assistance creating proprietary programs for their ongoing initiatives. The designer will join the team to improve the user interface and user experience for applications and websites by finding ways to improve usability while still meeting design requirements and ensuring the website or application function. He/She will help bridge knowledge gaps and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement enabling the growth by making informed decisions, offer top-tier video editing services, ensuring that contents resonate with target audience, consulting with our marketing strategies to target the audience, and industry with the trends to craft custom-made strategies that yield results. Will also support senior designers by crafting customized software solutions, ensuring seamless integration with client’s existing systems and processes, and by assisting with research, wireframing prototyping, and visual design tasks. Will also provide input and feedback during design reviews and iterations and collaborate to ensure design solutions align with user needs and business goals. We are seeking a professional who shows a passion for entertainment, media, arts, and technology and is interested in learning. As a Jr. UI/UX Designer, you will be trained on driving the UX process working on user flows and research. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end UI/UX experience. This opportunity will operate 100% onsite and possibly remote after 3 months of successful performance. This role will also be exposed to performing voiceovers, creating templates and using your creativity in so many ways in other duties as assigned.
