Job Description:

We are looking for a full time Lead Recruiter - Bilingual (English and Spanish) to attract and recruit quality candidates. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to highly skilled candidates through social media, recruitment platforms, job sites and professional contacts. Qualify and interview candidates, updating and keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs. Implementing creative recruiting techniques and publishing job ads. Also, being instrumental in all parts of the job-placement process such as onboarding and communicating with clients. Performing language and skills testing to determine proficiency. Performs other duties as assigned

Experience Requirements:

• 4 years experience as in a leadership recruitment role

• Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish

• Managing at least 2 workers and great decision-making skills

• Experience with recruitment databases, HRIS, ATS, CRM, candidate sourcing tools, job sites and social media promotion tactics

• The ability to make the best decision for the company and teams and work both independently and as part of a team

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, foster and connect community partnerships

• Multitasking, answering phones, driving to worksites, and attend trade shows and events

• Strong technical, negotiating and organizational skills 

• Familiar with managing at least 30 requisitions or more 

• Communicating professionally via phone and email with clients 

• Manual and electronic filing, typing 35+ WPM

• Attend network events to generate revenue

• Other duties as assigned

Experience Preferences: 

• 4 years experience in a staffing environment-placing worker at client sites

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift 20lbs

Required Education:

• Associate degree 

• In lieu of Associate degree, high school diploma/GED plus 4 years experience

Education Preferences: 

• Education in Human Resources, OSHA, etc 

• 2 weeks 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday 

Schedule:

• 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday
