    Job Overview: 

    Business Development Specialist – Bilingual

    As a successful Business Development Specialist – Bilingual with as our W2 employee working with our client Axel Consulting, you will build relationships and perform general customer service. These duties also include sales and marketing tasks to support the Sales Department. Supports sales of marketing solutions ranging from small to large to include conglomerate accounts. Schedule is M-F between 25-35 hours starting out then more hours available after a ramp up phase. Must have reliable transportation. Our client has the option to hire you as a 1099 or W2 employee which is dependent on business needs, performance and your choice. Perform duties in providing exemplary standards of Customer Service to engage and set meetings with potential Customers after following up on warm leads or self-generated leads. Activities should result in next- level sales management team closing and onboarding new clients and the fostering of a lasting partnership. This is an exciting, performance-driven role with a fixed base and limitless commission potential!

    Build and manage relationships, perform service, sales and marketing tasks to increase sales. Handles inbound sales calls, emails and proactively follows up on opportunities to potential and existing customers. Drives and expedites the coordination of meetings to ensure customer satisfaction. Must be comfortable with long conversion time frames and making detailed annotations within CRM regarding all phone, email, inquiries and meeting activities. Once meetings are set up, next level management will need to be briefed regarding prospects’ needs, pain points, contact information, industry trends, etc. These details will aid them in closing deals and onboarding new clients. Post onboarding engagement is also crucial to this role. Must fill in any knowledge gaps, take strategic notes prior to and during meetings, and be prepared to help negotiate and deliver pricing and/or contract terms. May answer technical questions so must familiarize oneself with products offered.Must have a reliable vehicle. Perform other duties as assigned.

    • 1 year or more of recent and directly related sales/business development experience, the use of various marketing materials, onboarding new accounts, and maintaining current clients.

    • Experience using Customer Relationship Management systems, Microsoft Office Suite Windows Tools and Accessories i.e.
    • Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Salesforce, HubSpot etc.
    • Comfortable and creative with using social media platforms for posting, blogging and campaign management to drive branding and engagement i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Hootsuite, MailChimp, etc.
    • Organized with documenting and apply strategic and common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
    • Professionally overcome problems involving several concrete variables and present results.
    • Create workflow processes and perform reverse searches using job boards and social media.
    • Work with urgency, confidence, a great attitude, and confidentiality.
