    Job Overview:

    • The On-Site Manager shall be responsible for assuring that the work being performed is in accordance with contracts and carrying out the day-to-day obligations. Must be able to receive and process any instructions and notices given. Shall be available at any time in the event of a declared emergency condition. Shall be required to attend all meetings as requested by the client, including but not limited to a monthly Customer Service meeting with the client. Must have strong written communication skills for daily record keeping of all inquiries and data requested. Shall be able to respond on-site within sixty (60) minutes of a request. The On-site Manager shall be able to perform the duties of the Assistant Managers, Supervisor and Administrative Staff. The Assistant Manager must have problem-solving capabilities for when situations arise that impact the workplace, employees, and visitors. Must be locally based and dedicated solely to Customer Service Ambassador’s Contract and shall also devote time exclusively to managing Customer Service Ambassadors Contract operation and have overall responsibility for the work to be performed. Must Keep the client informed about the work being performed in accordance with the contracts. On-Site Manager shall represent the client in the performance of the obligations under the contracts.

    Experience Requirements:

    • A minimum of five (5) years of management experience Experience in receiving and processing instructions and notices given, also relaying them to staff Strong communication skills – verbal, written and spoken to convey information regarding all aspects of operations Attending/coordinating meetings Strong customer service skills 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity Strong customer service skills
    • Experience in processing payroll, records' management and invoices Managing the overall responsibility for the work to be performed and any other administrative duties as assigned deemed necessary for the performance of the contract.
    • Planning, assigning, and reviewing staff responsible for monitoring airfield, airside, landside, terminal operations, security, safety, and activities related to passengers, such as airline, tenant, and public welfare at the airport.
