    Job Description

    We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then coordinate with our internal staff to communicate timely and accurate information to our customers. The successful candidate for this role will have a positive, can do attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a warm, engaging presence on the phone and in person.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, delivery questions, service questions and general client concerns
    • Entering new orders and adjustments to orders into our ERP system accurately
    • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
    • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
    • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree in a business-related field is preferred)
    • Two years of previous customer service experience in a Business to Business environment is preferred
    • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
    • Experience using Microsoft Word and demonstrated skills to learn other software tools
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
