ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· OFFICE MANAGEMENT

o Answers telephone calls, greets, screens and directs visitors to the appropriate staff member

o Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required

o Setting up appointments, conferences and managing meeting room

· HR SUPPORT

o Owns the talent acquisition process. Posting open roles, presenting resumes to managers for review, performing phone screens and scheduling phone and onsite interviews along with preparing offer letters

o Involved in general HR support for the company.

· EXECUTIVE STAFF SUPPORT

o Provides administrative support for the Leadership team

o Leads the organization of company events and lunches as necessary

· TRAVEL

o Schedules travel arrangements for company personnel

o Prepares initial expense report to employees when travel is booked

· OTHER

o Maintains customer and vendor information in ERP system
