Join our R&D kitchen team in a hands-on, operational role! This is a very part-time position focused on maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. Not a product development role. Schedule is flexible and varies week to week based on project needs.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
Assist with basic prep (Italian ice, syrups, toppings) and ingredient staging
Support tastings: setup, sample portioning, teardown
Help with equipment setup, breakdown, and cleaning
Receive, store, and organize ingredients and samples (R&D warehouse)
Requirements:
Reliable, punctual, task-focused, and comfortable with physical kitchen work
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move small equipment
Compensation: $18/hr
Schedule: Very part-time (~8 hours/week); flexible based on kitchen/project needs
