About the Role Join our R&D kitchen team in a hands-on, operational role! As an R&D Kitchen Operations Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping the kitchen organized, stocked, and running efficiently.
This role offers a front-row seat to how new products are tested and executed behind the scenes.
Schedule is flexible and varies week to week based on project needs.

Primary Supervisor- Director of R&D
Day-to-Day Lead- R&D Project Coordinator
What You’ll Do:
Support daily kitchen operations, including prep, organization, and cleaning
Assist with ingredient handling, inventory, and restocking
Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized workspace
Follow structured processes, checklists, and food safety standards
Provide support during product testing and occasional showings
Assist with light warehouse coordination when needed
