The R&D Technician supports the development, testing, and optimization of dietary supplement products. This role involves hands-on formulation work, pilot batch

production, ingredient evaluation, and stability testing to ensure products meet quality, regulatory, and sensory standards. The technician collaborates closely with scientists, quality, and production teams to bring innovative supplement products from concept to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities Formulation & Product Development

· Assist in the development and optimization of dietary supplement formulations across various delivery formats

· Weigh, measure, and prepare raw materials for benchtop and pilot-scale batches

· Support flavor, color, and texture optimization for consumer acceptance

· Conduct bench trials to evaluate ingredient functionality and compatibility

Process Support

· Operate and maintain lab and pilot-scale processing equipment

· Document process parameters such as temperature, pH, Brix, and processing times

· Assist in scaling formulations from lab to pilot and production levels

Documentation & Compliance

· Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks and batch records

· Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs

· Support regulatory documentation, including ingredient and labeling compliance
