Job Description
The largest privately-owned Dental Laboratory in the Mid-South is looking to bring on a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join an already excellent Customer Service Team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails in an efficient manner
- Identify customer questions, concerns and overall needs
- Address customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner; Follow-up on complaint status and resolution
- Using a multi-line phone system to redirect customers to appropriate teams and departments as needed
- Helps sales team generate leads, identify potential leads and forward to the Office Manager
- Check Voicemail inboxes and return calls in a timely manner
- Develop professional relationships with ongoing customers through excellent customer service.
- Meet or exceed call quotas and sales assist quota, both personally and as a team
- Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times
- Back up for other tasks in the Department, including Disinfecting, Data Entry & Shipping/Receiving.
- Perform each duty above with our customers' satisfaction as the number one priority
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Able to communicate and interact with all kinds of people, both internally with team members, and externally with customers.
- Fantastic phone skills, i.e. well-spoken, excellent active listening skills
- Motivated, energetic, driven work ethic
- Time management skills
- Outgoing, friendly and compassionate personality
- Ability to meet and/or exceed both call and sales assist goals
- Able to pass a Basic Math Test & Drug Screening
- General knowledge of computers and programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Reliable transportation to and from work in Bartlett, TN
