TITLE: INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
REPORTS TO: Hierarchy: Senior Sales Manager, R-S Matco LLC
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help develop a business plan to support future growth.
Achieve new sales business through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on the industry, and projecting future projects.
Establish and continually enhance relationships with new accounts by understanding their needs.
Build and maintain a strong network with distributors, manufacturers, and fabricators in North America and Europe.
Sales and project support for prospective customers with strict adherence to customer requirements and deadlines.
Work with warehouse and finance staff.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Bachelors (or higher) degree required.
Minimum of 2 years working experience in a sales position.
Confident verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to develop long term relationships and understands account management concepts.
Understands the importance of self-motivation, time-management, and organizational skills.
Cultural awareness to allow working with cross-border teams.
High initiative and high energy with a strong understanding and drive for a positive customer experience.' ' Work Remotely
