** Job Description :

We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Residential Roofing and Siding Estimator. The primary responsibility of this role is to create accurate estimates utilizing software Xactimate for residential roofing and siding projects. While prior experience with Xactimate is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize software Xactimate to generate precise estimates for residential roofing and siding projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients and insurance companies to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project requirements are met and timelines are adhered to.
• Maintain organized records of estimates and project details.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction throughout the estimation process.
• General knowledge of insurance claims procedures to facilitate accurate estimations.
• Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures for documentation purposes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to manage estimates and project details efficiently.

• Resourcefulness and independence to handle estimation tasks effectively.

Compensation :
