Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience required in a fast-paced, high-end bar or luxury property, and/or substantial food and beverage experience in a high volume capacity
• Operational knowledge and proficiency in Point of Sale system an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, while working cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
