  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    As a Minibar Attendant, you will be responsible for serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by ensuring the mini bar of each guest room is replenished with the utmost attention to detail and quality.

    • Stock and replenish private bar items, and compute and relay guest charges accurately to Front Office
    • Keep an accurate par of food items such as beverages and snacks, as well as non-food items like menu cards, napkins, straws, etc. on cart and in storage areas
    • Clean and maintain in-room private/mini-bars; report damage, or malfunctioning units
    • Check quality and expiration of all items; discard and replace according to established procedures.
    • Deliver requested items in an efficient and timely manner.
    • Relate with guests about needs, and satisfaction with the beverage and drinks, ensuring a consistently caring and high-quality service
    • Use safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment by using proper skills and food safety guidelines
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
    • Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position.
