Job Description

Rainier View Plumbing and Rooter is currently seeking an experienced, and knowledgeable project estimator.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Must be able to read blue prints

Obtain bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials and negotiating bids.

Create and present bids to customers

Follow up on proposals

Communicate with potential customers to develop proper scope of work, offering solutions and suggesting better alternatives when appropriate.

Assist project team during pre-construction phases

Ensure proposal scope and pricing are correct

Provide conceptual and final estimating details on complex projects.

Input data for job costing reviews

Must have Quickbooks experience, and be able to multi task as well as work well with others.
