As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team to provide exceptional products and services to our clients across the Southeastern region.

    Position Overview: The Commercial Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales of our windows and doors to hospitality, assisted living, and multi-family property developers, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the Southeastern region. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the commercial and multi-family construction sector in the Mid-Atlantic region.
    2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including property developers, architects, contractors, and property management companies.
    3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our windows and doors.
    4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and strategies tailored to the commercial and multi-family market.
    5. Provide accurate and timely quotes to clients, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to project specifications.
    6. Negotiate contracts and terms of sale with clients to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
    7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
    8. Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer support.
    9. Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
    • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate the features and benefits of windows and doors.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Willingness to travel within the Mid-Atlantic region as needed.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
