As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team to provide exceptional products and services to our clients across the Southeastern region.
Position Overview: The Commercial Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales of our windows and doors to hospitality, assisted living, and multi-family property developers, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the Southeastern region. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the commercial and multi-family construction sector in the Mid-Atlantic region.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including property developers, architects, contractors, and property management companies.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our windows and doors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and strategies tailored to the commercial and multi-family market.
- Provide accurate and timely quotes to clients, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to project specifications.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale with clients to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer support.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate the features and benefits of windows and doors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the Mid-Atlantic region as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
