Job Description

Seeking experienced individual who sees tax preparation as a career and not just a job. Motivated to maintain client satisfaction and contribute to company's success. Must be energetic and reliable, multi-task orientated and client focused. Must be up-to-date in continuing education. As a part of our team, you will be expected to wear many hats. New CPA's are also welcome to apply. This is NOT a remote position.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years tax preparation experience.
• Tax preparation for Individuals,  Some knowledge in tax preparation for C Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships, Trusts & Non-Profits is a plus. 
• Ability to review bookkeeping records, account analysis, prepare adjusting journal entries if necessary
• In-depth knowledge of QuickBooks is required and Lacerte is preferred
• Ability to answer client’s questions and manage timely flow of high-quality work
• Maintain a professional manner with staff and clients
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) 
• Part of a professional team working together for common goals of client satisfaction and professional growth
