WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: You'll be our main salesperson talking to homeowners and getting them to sell their home to us. Building rapport and sales will apply in a huge way. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Leads and Mentorship are provided along with a Growth path toward learning the ins and outs of Real Estate Investments. Our RAP Real Estate team members work in a non-corporate, fast-paced sales environment as part of our Sales Team. Our inside sales representative will interact with a variety of sellers in acquiring their property for our investors. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, able to negotiate and build connections with homeowners. Compensation: We offer Base Salary + Commission + Quarterly Bonuses Responsibilities: • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround • Negotiate terms and conditions, and prepare and execute detailed contracts, agreements • Cold call-specific targeted leads to generate additional revenue • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication • Develop and execute a calling strategy to target sellers within an assigned territory • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Mine prior leads sellers from CRM to acquire their property for investors • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Utilize CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Perform analysis on property values using comps, data, market trends, and research Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Self-motivated, Positive attitude, and Coachable • High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Must have great verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to close deals over the phone • 1+ years experience in sales and any real estate experience is a plus • Has the competency to evaluate properties, through comps, data, and market trends Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
