JOB DESCRIPTION
The Jr. Operations Analyst will have the opportunity to utilize critical thinking skills to develop and provide reports for management as well as maintaining our proprietary library of dashboards. Our new hire will be heavily involved in process development, batch production, and working with various departments across the firm. This is an entry-level position that includes training, but a solid foundation of the fundamentals is required. In time, this position will afford the candidate an opportunity for future growth within the firm, as well as provide a wealth of experience in a variety of reporting methods and types.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilizes exception reports to identify and rectify exceptions.
Provides monthly reporting to clients.
Provides daily reporting to firm management.
Utilizes inventory reporting to assist in the batch production of legal documents.
Utilizes programming, queries and other automation for legal production.
Utilizes reporting for inventory maintenance.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Have earned a Bachelor’s degree
Enjoy and have prior experience working with data Possess the ability to organize multiple projects and tasks.
Have previous business operations experience (legal experience is a plus) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and basic formulas) Ability to utilize critical thinking skills and available resources to accomplish the task at hand Superior organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and efficiency.

Bachelor’s Degree required
PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS
The staff member will spend 90% of their time at a computer work station. The other 10% of the time the staff member will be using copy equipment in the mail room. The staff member will be expected to verbally communicate regularly with management and other team members. Walking to and from the copy room will be part of everyday routines.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The primary work environment is at a cubicle computer station with two monitors. The building is air conditioned and well lit. There is some natural light from a nearby window.
