ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY – Creditors’ Rights Law Firm

RAS LaVrar, LLC is an elite creditors’ rights law firm that provides full service litigation in addition to comprehensive collection services. Our offices, home to almost a hundred employees across nine states, including our Plantation, FL headquarters, work diligently to ensure our interests are in constant alignment with those of our clients. We are seeking a candidate that can prioritize workloads to meet deadlines, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, produce accurate and high-quality work product in a fast-paced volume-based environment. The candidate must be able to work independently and possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills

COMPLIANCE SEARCH ASSISTANT -

o All compliance legal assistants are required to review automated searches or run manual searches within the required timeframes and accurate.

o Upload all searches timely and accurately to the client.

o They must be able to identify and escalate potential “hits” to ensure the file is placed on hold and that the firm is in compliance with directives/legal requirements.

o Run QC reviews on other staff searches and ensure needed corrections are escalated.

o Complete all related client system steps accurately and within expectation.

o Are responsible for confidential and Personal Information such as SSNs.

o 100% timeliness / accuracy is expected.

o Preferred that candidate is tech savvy and familiar with Microsoft Office, E-Copy, Adobe Pro.

o Preferred that candidate has attention to detail.
