RAdata LLC. is a growing environmental company specializing in environmental construction and testing. We are looking for an installation coordinator who will work with customers and other staff members to assure a smooth scheduling process for installation and service appointments. This is a full-time position eligible for benefits. It is a daytime shift: 8:00am-5:00pm.

This individual will be responsible for speaking with customers, scheduling their appointment, informing them of procedures and organizing all paperwork for the crew to bring to the appointment. We are looking for someone who is energetic, hardworking and who can work in a fast paced environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

In a high-volume, fast-paced environment, be able to:

• Schedule new installations and service appointments with customers
• Route technicians to jobsites in an efficient manner to minimize drive time
• Respond to telephone calls and emails from customers, technicians, and sales representatives
• Assist customers by phone and email by troubleshooting their radon and water treatment system issues
• Provide polite, prompt, and professional customer service via phone and email

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION:

• Excellent customer service & telephone skills
• Able to type 50-55 WPM; strong computer skills with intermediate experience in Internet and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)
• Multi-tasking, in dynamic & fast-paced environment
• Effective verbal & written communication skills
• Familiarity with New Jersey geography
• Adaptability and reliability
• Ability to exercise independent judgment & problem solving techniques
• Open, cooperative, & positive team-oriented attitude
• Education -- minimum high school diploma

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: experience in a home service industry is extremely helpful but not required
