About the Role:
Join ADVANTA AUTISM CARE LLC as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Denver, CO! In this rewarding role, you will work directly with children on the autism spectrum, applying evidence-based practices to help them thrive and reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior during sessions.
Assist in the development of social skills through play and structured activities.
Provide support to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients to learn and grow.
Communicate effectively with families regarding client progress and strategies.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
Requirements:
Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied hours.
Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in psychology or related field is a plus.
