We are a growing ABA company dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children and families. PBHD is seeking passionate, reliable, and skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our Tampa Bay Area team.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time case in the 33611 area (Tampa, FL).

Position Details:

Client: 16-year-old male with Autism

Hours: 15–20 hours per week

Schedule: After 3:00 PM (weekday afternoons/evenings/weekends)

Location: 33611 zip code

Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy

Collect and record data accurately

Collaborate with caregivers and clinical team

Requirements:

Active RBT certification

Experience working with adolescents preferred

Reliable transportation

Strong communication and professionalism
