About the Role:

Join Funplay ABA Therapy Services as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism. We are seeking passionate individuals who thrive in a supportive environment and are eager to help our clients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions with children in various settings.

Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.

Assist in the development of new therapeutic strategies and interventions.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for clients.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care.

Requirements:

Must hold a current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate and patient demeanor towards clients and families.

Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to client locations.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in psychology or education is a plus.

Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
