RBT - Registered Behavior Technician
Responsibilities: The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will implement one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with fidelity, collect detailed, accurate data on client behaviors and skill acquisition, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual client needs. They will manage challenging behaviors using positive reinforcement techniques, maintain a clean, safe, and engaging therapy environment, and communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and client families. RBTs are required to participate in regular training and ongoing education in the fields of ABA and autism spectrum disorders.
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Salary: 45-55k Annually depending on experience
