    Dear Candidate,

    Little Master Development Center is dedicated to providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum aged 0 to 3 years of age. Our mission is to empower every child on the autism spectrum to thrive and live independently by enabling Behavior Technicians (BTs) to execute their paramount mission of delivering unparalleled Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

    We are actively seeking passionate Behavior Technicians/RBTs to join our expanding team, playing a crucial role in providing specialized 1-1 treatment in a Center-Based setting. Here at Little Masters Development Center we help children reach independence my mastering life skill through our Play and Teach Philosophy.

    Responsibilities:

    Implement ABA treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

    Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and report progress

    Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors

    Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties

    Any other tasks outlined by a BCBA/LBA

    Qualifications:

    At least 1 year of ABA experience

    Availability in the afternoon/early evening (Weekends a plus)

    Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) (Nice to have)

    · A passion for working with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

    · Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance

    · Bilingual skills are a plus but not required

    · Must have reliable transportation

    · Background check required
