Project Executive / Owners Rep Multifamily Commercial Construction

Our clients are top Commercial Construction in Florida and we are seeking an experienced successful Project Executive Multifamily Construction.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record with a Multifamily developer or Construction company.

The ideal candidate will be a professional and a motivated self-starter with a minimum of 5 to 10 years proven successful Project Executive in Multifamily construction management. Must have construction management of large, high-end multi family projects. As an Owner’s Representative, you will be responsible for projects from conception to delivery.

We are looking for an experienced Project Executive to plan and supervise a wide range of Multifamily construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction, strategy, procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Construction Project Executive must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

Responsibilities

Lead project team consisting of architects, designers, landscape architects, structural engineers and General Contractors. The individual selected for this role will lead the overall construction management strategy of large multi family projects. As an Owner’s Representative, you will be responsible for projects from conception to delivery.

Manage engineers, traffic engineers, general contractors, sub-contractors and other consultants as needed. Provide technical expertise on cost estimates, negotiate contracts and change orders, and establish project objectives. Actively engage in value engineering through all phases of design to ensure highest quality at lowest costs. Resolve field construction problems and change orders to minimize cost and schedule impacts. Maintain quality control of all drawings and confirm all details are accurate, consistent and up-to-date. Manage permitting process. Develop and recommend standard operating policies and procedures for all development and construction activities. Negotiate all vendor contracts. Stay current on regulations and construction technologies.
