You will need to prioritize your day strategically and manage multiple business systems. You will need to transition from one task to the next efficiently because you will be interacting regularly with customers, vendors, and co-workers.

TECHNICAL SKILL - Understanding the electrical industry is critical. You do not need to be a master level electrician or electrical engineer, however, you need to know how to talk with them and support them. You will also need to know how to utilize Microsoft office suite.

• ESTIMATE, PLAN & MANAGE PROJECTS IN A MANNER THAT BUILDS TRUSTING & BUSINESS BUILDING PARTNERSHIPS
• ESTABLISH PROJECT OBJECTIVES, POLICIES, PROCEDURES AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS WITHIN THE PERIMETERS OF OUR POLICIES
• DEVELOPS AND MAINTAINS PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATIONS WITH CO-WORKERS AND FIELD TALENT
• NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE ALL CHANGE ORDERS TO A CONCLUSION
• REVIEW DOCUMENTATION PREPARED BY ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER PRIOR TO SUBMISSION
• MAKE SALES CONTACTS, RESEARCH CUSTOMER NEEDS, AND FOLLOW UP ON SALES LEADS
• BE DEEPLY COMMITTED TO CLIENT SATISFACTION
• MEET ESTABLISHED REVENUE AND PROFIT GOALS
• ATTEND CLIENT PROJECT MEETINGS
• ESTABLISH, MANAGE, AND PROVIDE LEADERSHIP TO JOB/PROJECT TEAM
• FACILITATES AND TROUBLESHOOTS PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH PROJECT
• PURCHASE MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT AS NEEDED
• MAINTAIN CONTROL AND ACCURATE PROJECTIONS OF PROJECT COSTS
• PROVIDE DEPARTMENT LEADERSHIP BY EXAMPLE AND MENTORING
• STRONG TALENT MANAGEMENT & LABOR TRACKING
• SAFETY TRACKING & OVERSIGHT

We are currently offering a potential signing bonus of $10,000.00.

EDUCATION: • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or other related discipline preferred

MINIMUM 3 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN THE ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION FIELD IN A PROJECT MANAGEMENT ROLE • Can be a combination of training, education and relevant work experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN ELECTRICAL, FACILITIES, PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSTRUCTION OR EQUIVALENT

• PROFICIENT ON MS OFFICE SUITE INCLUDING PROJECT

• EXCELLENT ORAL/WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• ACCUBID

• EXCELLENT CUSTOMER RELATIONS SKILLS
