What can you expect as an RCI Travel Guide? Our Travel Guides will receive inbound calls and/or initiate outbound calls to or from RCI members representing multiple memberships and assist them in booking all aspects of travel (i.e. flight, hotel, car, etc.) while selling vacation products and services Training schedule: 6 weeks comprehensive training program designed to make you successful - Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. After training schedule: Starting the 7th week you will be assigned 8 hour shifts starting between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. throughout the week and one weekend day is required with a schedule of 11:30 a.m. - 8 p.m. Additional earning opportunities include monthly contests, shift differentials, and recognition programs What are we looking for? High School Diploma or GED required Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Previous call center and sales experience is preferred but not required Highly motivated and strong desire to achieve individual and team goals Must be reliable and coachable with a desire to learn Must have strong communication and problem solving skills Intermediate computer skills including internet navigation ability is a must Pre-employment background check required What is required for me to work from home?
