RCM Heath Care Services, a well-established health care staffing company, is seeking to hire a recruiter to help grow and maintain our highly successful Nursing Division!

We specialize in permanent placement of Nursing, Health Information Management (HIM), Rehabilitation, Managed Care, Allied Health Care Professionals and Physicians as well as temporary placement and Travel Nurse assignments.

Healthcare Recruiter – Nursing Division - Chicago, IL

This position will start remote and will eventually transfer back into our Chicago office when safe to do so.

Job Summary:

• Ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding out NYC market for permanent Health Care opportunities in Nursing
• This individual will have the support of an extensive and very successful recruitment team and tremendous financial resources.

Job Duties:

• Perform full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
• Recruit for health care candidates by developing networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Create and maintain lists of potential targets for particular openings
• Work with credentialing team to make sure candidates have all necessary and up to date licenses

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience in selling and/or recruiting in nursing or other health care related roles in NYC or a comparable area
• Previous experience recruiting individuals in health care professions
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills required

Compensation:

• 40k + (depending experience) plus commission
