    Drive Scheduling Precision Across Mission-Critical Projects

    Rupert Construction Services is seeking a Scheduler to support construction scheduling activities across complex infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong Primavera expertise and experience managing multi-million-dollar project schedules.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Review contractor baseline schedules for completeness, sequencing, and critical path accuracy

    Analyze schedule updates and identify variances, delays, and risks

    Maintain “as-built” schedules and track real-time construction progress

    Support Time Impact Analysis (TIA) reviews and provide recommendations

    Attend construction meetings and monitor short-term planning schedules

    Develop reporting tools and communicate schedule performance to stakeholders

    Required Qualifications:

    5+ years of scheduling experience supporting construction projects

    Experience with large-scale projects ($30M–$150M range)

    Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling

    Ability to manage multiple concurrent project schedules

    Technical Skills:

    Primavera P6 (required)

    Microsoft Office Suite

    Additional tools: MS Project, Schedule Analyzer, Claim Digger

    Education & Certification:

    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

    PSP Certification preferred
