Bookkeeper, construction billing assistant
Busy construction company in North Miami is looking for a full or part time assistant. MUST BE smart, honest, hard working, extremely organized, efficient, meticulous and very reliable.

Fluent in English, Spanish a plus. QuickBooks and Excel experience required. Duties include, but not limited to: Assisting with construction billing/collection/payroll Ordering/tracking materials Reconciling credit cards Data entry Working closely with supervisors and controller
